Le Lumière Folding C partage des éléments avec certains appareils se trouvant sous la marque Plavic. Il est fabriqué en métal, gainé maroquin. Le soufflet est en peau. La mise en batterie n'est pas automatique, et donc il faut se servir des pincettes se trouvant sous l'obturateur pour déployer le soufflet et mettre en bonne place le bloc objectif/obturateur;
Il est d'une construction simialire à celle du Folding E.38, mais ne permet pas l'utilisation de plaque.
